Yeay! First time here. I ordered the sliders and got it medium. Customer service was good. Food came out quick.
Mediocre chicken sandwich....it used to be better before...clean place and friendly staff ....

Like all places in this area, it can be tough to find parking if you're coming for dinner. If you come before 6, there is free neighborhood parking. If you come later, a meter along Fairfax is your best bet. We came in on a Friday night around 7pm and it wasn't too crowded. There was a sign that said if you check in on Yelp you can get a free drink or milkshake so we went all out and got milkshakes and the Dave's #2 that comes with 2 "sliders" and fries. Ordered hot chicken tenders, fries, and a chocolate milkshake. The chicken tenders were superb - perfectly coated and flavored - and much beyond expectation. The fries were spiced had more flavor than expected - I loved them, and they didn't need ketchup to enjoy. The chocolate milkshake was subpar and worse than a Wendy's Frosty.

Tried Dave's Hot Chicken today for the first time. I've had nashville hot chicken a million times while living here in LA since it's so trendy and a new spot pops up all the time. I am only giving it 4 because I think it is overrated and nothing different. All these places taste the same. Dave's was good! Not bad at all, good spice and friendly workers. It definitely cured my hunger and I got a free drink by checking in
Dave's hot chicken is great but I wouldn't eat here often just because the only options are fried chicken with the amazing crispy coat and I like to watch what I eat most of the time but if you checkin you get a free milkshake which is really nice to sip on while you wait for your order. I give this place 5 stars because they understood the assignment with the chicken and fries! Very tasty!
