After reading a number of reviews about Dave's Hot Chicken, I made up my mind that at the first opportunity I would try it for myself. I ordered the #3 -- one slider and one tender, with a spice level of hot. Although I am tempted to hurt myself with the highest spice level of Reaper, the hot level was certainly warm enough for me. Pretty much addicted to Dave's hot chicken in Tualatin. I get reaper every time and it's been consistent every time. I hope this store keeps it up because I'll keep coming back

Was looking for a place open late, and this was a great choice! The restaurant was very clean and our food was ready in a timely manner.

I was wanting to try this place out because I heard it was great. I ordered take out and chose 2 mild strips and fries. When I got there to pick it up, the manager said it would be right up and was very helpful asking what sauces I would like etc. I was excited to see it came with crinkle fries because I like those and they're hard to find. If you haven't tried this place yet, you should go now!! It took me a few visits to figure out which heat level and portion size is for me. I always ordered Combo #2 - 2 sliders w/ fries and ALWAYS had leftovers. Now I know to only order a single slider and fries. They give you a BIG piece of chicken. It's not those tiny sliders where you still feel hungry after having three. I would recommend to try medium heat level for your first visit if you can handle spice! First time and definitely going back! Everything was good and had a decent wait time which wasn't bad. I recommend to get the combo #3 to get a little of everything. The Mac and cheese was pretty good as well. The only thing I was hoping for was a drive thru which they didn't have, overall good experience and good food!

Crispy spicy chicken.. so good. Honestly drool worthy. Everything was fresh and piping hot. There was a line but it moved fast.

I've been here twice since they've opened and it always hits the spot for a chicken sando especially out in the burbs. Service in my experience has been quick and kind. I would recommend you double check your bag for adequate sauce if you're a sauce fanatic like myself Luckily, they do a pretty good job with supplying a cup of sauce for each sando. Also, give the hottest heat a try! It was pretty good and spicy but nothing too unbearable like Howlin Rays which murdered my insides for a few days. Good stuff.
