Best hot chicken sandwich hands down (I still don't know why people even bother with Chick-Fil-Gross). When they label their spiciness levels - THEY MEAN IT. I don't consider myself a spice wimp, but somedays I just have to go with Medium. Restaurant is always clean, staff is always nice, and when you order online it's always ready and waiting for you. Ordered the extra hot slider and DANG it was extra hot all right. My eyes were watering and my nose was running. The chicken was cooked to perfection, so crispy and seasoned really well. Loved the house sauce especially when mixed with their honey packets. Will definitely be back here for more!!
Food was ready on time. Hot and plenty of it. Person at the counter was just ok. Couldn't find order at first so manager stepped. Really nice young man. Would I go back? Yes indeed.

My son had been pestering me to try this place and yesterday we finally went. I love the simple menu and got the number three medium spicy. The chicken was amazing, both moist and crunchy. I love spicy and I can say that I think the medium was perfect for my liking. The employees were very friendly and honestly had great patience for the chaos that was going on. Waited an hour and 15 minutes for $26 worth of cold food. Not what I wanted to do after working a 13 hour day. The communication on wait times needs to be addressed, I would have never ordered if I had known I'd be waiting that long. Absolutely ridiculous, and this isn't the first time. Will not be ordering from this location again.

I bought a oreo milkshake with extra oreos on thursday for $10 and then on Friday that same week, I bought the same thing and I was charged 12 DOLLARS!!! when I got my milkshake they gave me a FLIMSY CHEAP straw ONLY no spoon, I was in the the drive thru and my brother was driving and we couldn't go back because we were in a hurry so I had to try to eat my milkshake with a BROKEN STRAW!!!

On 10/23/25, Dave's Hot Chicken announced a promotion offering everyone a free slider. I have attached a copy of the promo so you can see that it does not specify any restrictions about the type of slider. However, after waiting in the long line, I was informed that it does not apply to the cauli (vegetarian) slider, even though that is actually cheaper than the regular slider. I guess DHC discriminates against vegetarians, Sikhs, and anyone else who cares about animal rights (or truth in advertising for that matter).
