This chicken is so good. It's still moist but crunchy, the sliders are really good and the fry sauce is also pretty good.
Stopped here for dinner to go on our road trip back home. We wanted a non-chain place and this fit the bill. The place was bustling which is always a good sign and it didn't disappoint. We tried a tender and slider combo in hot spice. It was just right for flavoring for us and I got our son a mild lite seasoning. We had a great lunch, there was a bit of a wait, but we were there at lunch time. It was well worth the wait, the food was very good! We will be back.
AMAZING!!! I tried this place right when they opened and was pretty disappointed. Chicken was dry, and not crispy. Since then I've eaten there 4-5 times and they are now consistently killing it. I assumed they had a rough opening. The chicken is super juicy and extremely crispy and flavorful. The service is also 10/10. I once waited at the counter for just a minute and they offered me a free milkshake for waiting. Great staff and great food.
Waited an hour and 15 minutes for $26 worth of cold food. Not what I wanted to do after working a 13 hour day. The communication on wait times needs to be addressed, I would have never ordered if I had known I'd be waiting that long. Absolutely ridiculous, and this isn't the first time. Will not be ordering from this location again.

I bought a oreo milkshake with extra oreos on thursday for $10 and then on Friday that same week, I bought the same thing and I was charged 12 DOLLARS!!! when I got my milkshake they gave me a FLIMSY CHEAP straw ONLY no spoon, I was in the the drive thru and my brother was driving and we couldn't go back because we were in a hurry so I had to try to eat my milkshake with a BROKEN STRAW!!!

On 10/23/25, Dave's Hot Chicken announced a promotion offering everyone a free slider. I have attached a copy of the promo so you can see that it does not specify any restrictions about the type of slider. However, after waiting in the long line, I was informed that it does not apply to the cauli (vegetarian) slider, even though that is actually cheaper than the regular slider. I guess DHC discriminates against vegetarians, Sikhs, and anyone else who cares about animal rights (or truth in advertising for that matter).

I ordered my food via online & purposely set my pick up time to be later so i had tome to drive there & they had time to make it. it was 40 minutes since i placed my order, said it would be done by 11:25am, i showed up at 11:30 and it STILL wasnt completed. i waited until 11:49 standing by the counter waiting until i FINALLY got my food. absolutely insane! Either need more staff on at a time or get it together
