Stopped here for dinner to go on our road trip back home. We wanted a non-chain place and this fit the bill. The place was bustling which is always a good sign and it didn't disappoint. We tried a tender and slider combo in hot spice. It was just right for flavoring for us and I got our son a mild lite seasoning. We had a great lunch, there was a bit of a wait, but we were there at lunch time. It was well worth the wait, the food was very good! We will be back.

AMAZING!!! I tried this place right when they opened and was pretty disappointed. Chicken was dry, and not crispy. Since then I've eaten there 4-5 times and they are now consistently killing it. I assumed they had a rough opening. The chicken is super juicy and extremely crispy and flavorful. The service is also 10/10. I once waited at the counter for just a minute and they offered me a free milkshake for waiting. Great staff and great food.

There was a lot of hype about this place so I tried it out for myself. I love how refined their menu is, not overwhelming; yet there are three different combos you can choose from (which I shared with my boyfriend). It definitely hit the spot and I wouldn't mind coming back; though, I am very disappointed in their Mac n' Cheese which tasted very similar to Krafts. All I can say is YUM. The chicken tender and fries is the perfect meal size for a lunch and a good price too. It all tastes perfect and I love that Crystal hot sauce is on the tables. Amazing

On 10/23/25, Dave's Hot Chicken announced a promotion offering everyone a free slider. I have attached a copy of the promo so you can see that it does not specify any restrictions about the type of slider. However, after waiting in the long line, I was informed that it does not apply to the cauli (vegetarian) slider, even though that is actually cheaper than the regular slider. I guess DHC discriminates against vegetarians, Sikhs, and anyone else who cares about animal rights (or truth in advertising for that matter).

I ordered my food via online & purposely set my pick up time to be later so i had tome to drive there & they had time to make it. it was 40 minutes since i placed my order, said it would be done by 11:25am, i showed up at 11:30 and it STILL wasnt completed. i waited until 11:49 standing by the counter waiting until i FINALLY got my food. absolutely insane! Either need more staff on at a time or get it together

The food remains good. But they are back to literally tons of single-use plastics... plastic cups with plastic tops and plastic straws, flimsy plastic utensils, condiments in plastic packets, takeout orders in plastic containers in plastic bag... so much cheap, flimsy, single-use plastic all destined for landfills. Let me be clear: I am not an environmentalist whacko. Plastic has its place. But my craving for a chicken sandwich shouldn't send so much of it to the landfill.
