Super excited to try this new spot by my house as I love fried chicken. Sadly, the chicken here was extremely salty. I was a bit afraid of the spicy but.. Turned out.. the salt killed it. Every bite had me running to the soda fountain for a refill. I hate leaving bad reviews but.. chef should look into that recipe again.

Way too much batter on the chicken. It doesn't need to be like that. I like the selection of sauce temperatures. Wish it wasn't so battered up.

Sucks ass in my opinion. Ill take popeyes anyday of the week..wife and i walk in..the decor was horrendous.suppossed art on the walls was for a two year old..the chairs they make you sit in are these cheap metal kind which AGAIN look like they were made for kids 2 sit it.we walk up to the register and ask the cashier a question about the chicken and she was clueless and didnt know how 2 respond.they have a few side items ,one of which is a kaleslaw.i ask her is this made with kale or is it just a traditional version of the r... read more

DISGUSTING! Went this evening for some chicken sandwiches and was served first basket with a white hair, second basket after confronting them, came back yet again, with another hair on top. It's personal at this point. Gross and a waste of money for lack of health concern on workers part.

So the food is amazing! Love their fried chicken and their fries are great! However Christina who works there is super rude. She kind of just ruined the atmosphere there with her negativity. I even noticed she treated her colleagues with disrespect and coldness.

They would get a perfect score based on the amazing food alone, but sometimes the customer service can be lacking. During the last three times we've gone here it seemed like peak hour yet they only operated one till which caused massive congestion, which wouldn't normally be too bad if they actually enforced their mask mandate -- when we asked them if they enforce a mask mandate an employee said they are too busy to also be checking if people are wearing masks.

We went here based on a recommendation. First. It took a long time. Second. 3 menu items only. Third. Tasted like deep fried chicken from Albertsons rolled in a season packet and set on a piece of bread. It was nasty. If you like your chicken tasting like licking a seasoning bottle go for it. Pure uncooked seasoning was the flavor. No thanks.

Placed our order online, drove 25 minutes to pick up, then came home excited to eat what we ordered but found a black hair in the cheese fries. Very unpleasant and i dont think we will be ordering from here soon.

Very disappointed...Walking in at 4:30pm and the place is very dirty...Looking at the menu for the first time and I am surprised by the pricing! It is outrageously expensive. I should have walked away but decided to get us food anyway. Got a mix of sliders and tenders along with mac and cheese. Medium, hot and reaper sauces were in the order. Flavors were ok, not great and the portions were very small. Not a fan.
