TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Adriana was super sweet and the food is always bomb! So glad they finally opened one up in the AV
SOOOOOO GOOOD!!! if you LOVE spicey food to the point where you are in pain lol, get extra hot or reaper. If you just like spicey food without all the tears, get the "HOT" heat level
Wife and I finally went after talking about it forever. And, simply put, it was just...okay? I don't really have a word for it. Wasn't bad, wasn't great. Nothing really had flavor - we ordered the #1 with mild to play it somewhat safe as a test run. The fries were pretty good, but ya really gotta try to screw those up. Pickles weren't vinegar-y, so they tasted okay. Sauce had no flavor, the tenders weren't very flavorful nor bad. And that bread was, uh, "government issue" in terms of everything. Love this place! Crispy, fairly priced, hot and intense flavor. One if the best in town!
I ordered the combo with the 2 chicken strip sandwiches walk in order with fries and a drink and no cole slaw on the sandwiches at medium level. Overall 7/10 , if you're looking for something quick and on the go and have about 15-25 mins to wait then it's a good stop but it's a must try at least one time.

Got a slider by itself with Extra Hot. It was AMAZING. The buns topped everything off. Will for sure go back again.
So I am not sure if the chicken sliders are really good or if I was just really hungry. I ordered the 2 sliders with the fries. Is. The chicken sliders comes with pickles and coastlaw in it. I got one mild and 1 medium. The chicken flavor is OK but I felt like the dry seasoning was overwhelming. Like before you cook chicken you seasoned it and you flout it then you fry it but I felt like they took it out of the fryer and gave it another dusting of their dry seasoning.
