TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Very nice and clean location, my son's favorite hot chicken is Dave's. We went here with the kids for spring break and I got the Not chicken.

10/10 Service. Quick and reliable with my food coming in swift time. The atmosphere and decor is amazing including the music. Would recommend to anyone in the area!
Late night cravings and Dave's didn't disappoint. We ordered for take out and received our order in about 10mins. I ordered the #4: slider with fries and it was more than plenty. Love that their chicken is extra crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I got medium spice and while tasty, it was barely spicy. Fries were also cooked well and perfect to dip in their house sauce. I would say Dave's is on the top of hot chicken places based on how well the chicken is cooked alone.
