TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Not only is this one of my son's favorite places to get fried chicken, but I am so impressed with the superior level of customer service from the staff and management team. Every time we come here, the food is fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this location!!

We were at this spot again, and I just wanted to give a shout out for the awesome service. The Hispanic young lady that handles the front is awesome. Each time we're there, she is taking care of the register by herself and doing an amazing job. She is polite, courteous, and never misses a beat. I hope the management is reading this and gives her a boost. The food was awesome as always. Great spot.

Today was my first visit to Dave's Hot Chicken. My slider was delicious and the customer service was wonderful. Alex welcomed me, answered all of my questions and checked in to be sure I was enjoying my meal. Impressive! I'll be back.
