TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

We stop here by chance looking for some where to eat late at night. We ended up getting it to go but we got the (2x) two slider combo. One mild and one hot with cheese sliders, and a side of fries . Loved the pickles you get on the side automatically but the drink is not included so you have to purchase on the side. Staff were friendly and fast with the order . Inside looked nice and vibrant with good music playing .
The service is top notch! Employees want to educate on their business and offer their unique amenities and condiments. All customized and the food is great quality, fresh, and made to order. Pick this over Raising Canes or Chik-Fil-A every time. And their Fries are delicious!
