It had no seasoning and it was just plain old dry and that's not even what I asked for next time get the order right

The service was horrible I was stuck in a drive the for over 30 mins just trying to place an order before 10:00pm. When I arrived to the window to place my order they just told me to pull forward .

I do NOT, for the LIFE of me, understand the fascination with hot chicken, but I'm a foodie, so let's gooooo..... I tried this thinking of was going to be some amazing thing based on the near frantic levels of patronage when it opened. The menu is super simple, even better, I'm thinking this is gonna be incredible- NOPE, not even close. I tried a medium heat sandwich and it was meh.... and meh is MEH. But the price wasn't! Their wait times are terrible. I've been waiting in the drive thru for 35 minutes and still waiting just for a milkshake. They should add separate parking spaces for people with large orders instead of allowing them to block the drive-through. Also the employees don't care if you get your order later or not.

food is always great but i guess i came on a day when the slow crew was working because i was in the drive thru lane for 25 minutes
