Their food is decent, but the service is terrible. Once, I ordered three servings of coleslaw, but instead of three separate portions, I received one portion divided among three containers, each filled to less than half. They frequently forget utensils, sauces, or napkins, even if you explicitly ask for them. They consistently overlook something, and you never get everything you need. I've stopped leaving tips because they don't deserve it. Whether you tip or not, they always forget something.

I come here as a customer because I order my usual food. The manager Vertie J. doesn't do her job. The front of the dining room is never swept, trash was never taking out, she is disrespectful. My food was sitting there for 30 minutes as she sit it down, my food was very cold. I asked her where to dump my trash when the trash can is full and she responded to me with a nasty attitude. Foods ok, but "Vertie J" who works at the front register is very rude. My gf asked if they give anything complimentary for birthdays, and she scoffed and rudely said "girl no, this ain't westheimer!", she then repeated it to the kitchen staff trying to make a joke out of us. The appropriate response is kindly saying "no we don't offer that here". I know it's fast food, but she represents the establishment horribly. It's not difficult to be a decent human being.

Very very salty food unbelievable. Taste before you buy we waited for long time and we have eaten other locations and food was fine. This location may have bad management.

Found prices to be high for a fast food restaurant. Not particularly impressed enough with food quality and taste to return.

We walked in the cashier has charisma but that's all I can say. I ordered the number 3 which is a chicken sandwich and a tender. The pricing was ok but the taste was trash the tenders were super salty and that was just for the regular hot. I had to put the honey on the tender to balance it and it still didn't go well. I think the best part of the meal was the Diet Coke and fries.

Smothered I. Some kind of weird concoction of spice. Rather dismal environment and service with NO smile. Overall not my idea of a chicken specialty place ... maybe just an off day.

Their service is horrible! First time visit last time coming! Ambiance is okay but service overrides everything else. Food doesn't compare to time in drive thru! Staff seems not to give a damn
