Their wait times are terrible. I've been waiting in the drive thru for 35 minutes and still waiting just for a milkshake. They should add separate parking spaces for people with large orders instead of allowing them to block the drive-through. Also the employees don't care if you get your order later or not.

food is always great but i guess i came on a day when the slow crew was working because i was in the drive thru lane for 25 minutes

DISPLAY TOUR FULL MENUE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH IT REALLY SUCKS THAT YALL DONT/ an really deter anyone who have never been to your establishment inside would never know that you offer anything else, as I have live near this location for the last 3 year and just found out today.
Unfortunate experience. I used to eat here a lot but the restaurant has changed and not for the better. had to wait 20 mins for my order just to receive poor service. Food was not even served in a bag at first...

Let me start off by saying their chicken is delicious, and I'm someone who doesn't fancy chicken nor fried food. I'm not too sure what they're doing, but they're doing it right! My order was messed up. There was no cheese on my slider and no cheese on my fries. There was no dave's sauce in my box like there usually is and there was no pickles as well.
The reviews you see on Google is because you get a free drink or shake for giving them a good review. I'm going to give you the honest truth right here. The food is actually great! So why the one star review? Cause the lady that works in the front (you know who I'm talking about) is just plain stinkin rude. Their food is decent, but the service is terrible. Once, I ordered three servings of coleslaw, but instead of three separate portions, I received one portion divided among three containers, each filled to less than half. They frequently forget utensils, sauces, or napkins, even if you explicitly ask for them. They consistently overlook something, and you never get everything you need. I've stopped leaving tips because they don't deserve it. Whether you tip or not, they always forget something.

I come here as a customer because I order my usual food. The manager Vertie J. doesn't do her job. The front of the dining room is never swept, trash was never taking out, she is disrespectful.
