Must have! Very enjoyable. Prices are to be expected in this economy. Had a milkshake if can't stand the heat.

My friends and I went to Dave's Hot Chicken and honestly, it was kinda a disappointment/overrated. Although the fries were good the chicken wasn't hitting. I don't want my personal experience to stop anyone from trying.

Had an Uber eats order through Dave's Hot Chicken and the milkshake I ordered never made it with my food, but after calling they told me they would have a free one waiting for me when I would come in next. They not only offered me one but a second milkshake for free. Outstanding customer service and food/milkshakes taste great. Will definitely be back.

The chicken sliders were pretty solid because they were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside with a nice bun. The fries were fine and the dipping sauce was similar to a thousand island sauce. I should have ordered a spicier level than "hot" because I enjoy spicy and the "hot" level was not that spicy. I shared 2 sides of Mac and cheese and a kale slaw. The Mac and cheese was very plain and I would not order it again. The slaw was refreshing and a good contrast to the fries.

Although I am a fan of their simple menu, I wasn't crazy about the chicken. It was well prepared but the dry rub used to flavor the tenders was a bit to thick for me. If you like chicken prepared that way by all means try them out, it's just not for me. The place is very clean and has an outdoor patio. The staff were wonderful. Very friendly.

No complaints here! In the area and decided to stop in for carry out. There were only a few people in front of me, and I loved how simple their menu was. It was a little after the dinner rush so it was not crowded which was also a plus! I really enjoyed how the spice level of the chicken is not saucy but more of a dry rub! My husband and I both got the #3 and really enjoyed it! The Dave's sauce was also really yummy to add on the chicken and dip the fries in. Overall would recommend it to friends!

Excellent! Wasn't disappointed at all, friendly staff, and great chicken. The hot level was very spicy but that's how I like it. Definitely going back!

My boyfriend was getting trolled on Instagram with ads for Dave's Hot Chicken, and after seeing the photos, we couldn't put off a visit any longer!! Holy moly, what an incredible addition to the Lakewood scene! The food is amazing -- the chicken and fries are perfectly crispy and sooo tasty. The sauce they serve on the side is incredible. Good hack, ask to add cheese to your sandwiches. You won't be sorry!

I had the opportunity of visiting Dave's Hot Chicken with some friends a few months back when we came to visit The Land!
