Bad service. sliders and fries was my order and watch it sit behind the counter for several minutes already made but never call me to get it or tried to hand it to me. Then treated me like garbage for asking. Just really bad service

Worst food ever. Raw, greasy, burnt. Prior worst experience was at a restaurant shutdown 4 days after being there for serving cat and pigeon. Which is not good eating. This experience was $60 and a 25 minute drive for this. Pop machine out of pop, dirty restaurant, sounded like I was in a night club. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!! Never go to this place. Avoid at all costs

The person at the counter was very rude and not helpful. No ranch at a chicken place? Don't know what that's about. Food was actually pretty good. Got the 3 hottest flavor.

You have got to be kidding me this was horrible food and it was pretty pricey for chicken that was so dark on the coating it looks like it hit the fryer twice. I wouldn't step foot in another hot chicken in this lifetime I don't understand why the reviews are good this place is garbage. The restaurant was not clean and surfaces had crumbs and were greasy. It was a big turn off

I may need to try again. The chicken looked good but had little flavor and a lot of the heat seasoning the day I visited so it was blamd and the chicken tasted like hot paprika. I am not sure if that is the standard recipe for the restaurant chain, but I will try again to improve the review.

Chicken was cold. The fries were soggy. The only good thing was the itty bitty coleslaw.

when this first opened there were lines around the corner. i was excited to try it for the first time, we went on a tuesday night and it wasn't busy at all. we ordered to go and our food was ready fast. the food itself is meh. the chicken was good, fries were okay and the sauce was very similar to cane's sauce. it came with two pieces of cold, not toasted white bread. if you're looking for a similar place to eat i would just go to cane's. it's the same thing, just without the dry rub and it comes with toasted bread.

Was very excited to try Dave's I ordered online. Upon returning to my home I realized my order was incorrect: I called to get the error rectified and was told nothing could be done. The food was pretty good but the mistake and poor service turned me off. I will try Dave's again but it will be a while, hopefully I have a better experience.
