The chicken sliders were pretty solid because they were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside with a nice bun. The fries were fine and the dipping sauce was similar to a thousand island sauce. I should have ordered a spicier level than "hot" because I enjoy spicy and the "hot" level was not that spicy. I shared 2 sides of Mac and cheese and a kale slaw. The Mac and cheese was very plain and I would not order it again. The slaw was refreshing and a good contrast to the fries.

Although I am a fan of their simple menu, I wasn't crazy about the chicken. It was well prepared but the dry rub used to flavor the tenders was a bit to thick for me. If you like chicken prepared that way by all means try them out, it's just not for me. The place is very clean and has an outdoor patio. The staff were wonderful. Very friendly.

No complaints here! In the area and decided to stop in for carry out. There were only a few people in front of me, and I loved how simple their menu was. It was a little after the dinner rush so it was not crowded which was also a plus! I really enjoyed how the spice level of the chicken is not saucy but more of a dry rub! My husband and I both got the #3 and really enjoyed it! The Dave's sauce was also really yummy to add on the chicken and dip the fries in. Overall would recommend it to friends!

Excellent! Wasn't disappointed at all, friendly staff, and great chicken. The hot level was very spicy but that's how I like it. Definitely going back!

My boyfriend was getting trolled on Instagram with ads for Dave's Hot Chicken, and after seeing the photos, we couldn't put off a visit any longer!! Holy moly, what an incredible addition to the Lakewood scene! The food is amazing -- the chicken and fries are perfectly crispy and sooo tasty. The sauce they serve on the side is incredible. Good hack, ask to add cheese to your sandwiches. You won't be sorry!

I had the opportunity of visiting Dave's Hot Chicken with some friends a few months back when we came to visit The Land! My previous experience was great and I had to tell the Family about and and being that we were in Cleveland what better time than to take them and let them experience it in person. Holy smokes turn the music down I felt like that scene in clockwork orange!! Seriously. good chicken thanks. Hot is kinda hot so be careful. Had the #3 it was big. Took second tender home. Tough parking.

Probably the best hot chicken you can find in the greater cleveland area. Hot chicken takeover is good too but this is closer to what Nashville hot actually is. Their hot spiciness is the perfect level of heat for those of us who like spicy foods... my preferred peppers are Bird's eye or Habenero to give some perspective with that. Ordered in store multiple times. New pop ups in Lakewood are generally packed the first month and this was no exception. It's pretty good food. Got 2 sliders with the works mild. The spice levels are pretty hot too so scale down. I just can't do the price. While portion sizes are generous, this place out does even canes or five guys for mark ups.
