I've been several times in the past, the chicken sandwich and tenders are decent. But you practically have to beg for sauce packets and they hand you only one each time even when you ask for several. It's not a cheap sandwich, so I'm definitely not coming anymore since they're so stingy about sauce!

Extremely Disappointed - Not the Dave's I Used to Love. I used to love Dave's Hot Chicken and have visited many of their branches before, but this particular location was a huge disappointment. First, they charged me extra for cheese that I never received. When I asked for it, the staff simply brushed it off. I went to the Costa Mesa location last week and went to get a slider, the chicken was so big and I was extremely satisfied. Everything was made to order. I go to the one here on Culver and it looked like they give you half the portion from what it looks like in the pictures? The chicken was so little and the bun was cold, i left disappointed. Maybe try another Dave's location

They are very stingy on there proteins. Plus the flavor was much better when they first opened up! We just ordered, none of my family members liked the taste. Very plain,

absolutely terrible service. no one working the drive thru and waited forever until i had to drive up to the window. then i asked specifically for sauces didn't get them and no slaw on one and still had slaw on both. worst dave's chicken location i've ever been to don't go here if you want workers who know how to do there job.

I would like to not give it any stars if possible. I have ordered twice using their app and first time I had to contact them to add my points after spending $30+ dollars. They added it within a couple of days. Second time same thing and after 2 weeks no points have been added. It's poor that you use the app and they can't add it immediately. Also the time it shows your food will be ready is incorrect as I have always had to wait extra 10mins. Will not be giving my service to them anytime soon and will be deleting the app too... read more

The food tasted good and service was normal but it gave me really bad food poisoning lol. Maybe stay away from the cauliflower chicken sandwich.

I visited this location today. I see they still have not done anything about the window shades, at least it was overcast today. Also I asked the cashier if they could turn down the very loud music, she said that she would tell the manager but other customers have complained and they would not turn it down. Really! Please consider taking decibel levels to confirm this and monitor it in the future.

this place wasn't that bad, to be honest. however, the wait time was literally 1.5 hours. could've been one hour if the kiosk was working. workers were just having fun and not doing their jobs. the workers kept on making up excuses. after all the waiting, we literally got not fresh chicken. chicken was moist, bland, not fresh. i am only giving this place one star because they gave me an extra tender. disappointed in you dave's hot chicken. do better. the cashier though......
