I visited this location today. I see they still have not done anything about the window shades, at least it was overcast today. Also I asked the cashier if they could turn down the very loud music, she said that she would tell the manager but other customers have complained and they would not turn it down. Really! Please consider taking decibel levels to confirm this and monitor it in the future.

this place wasn't that bad, to be honest. however, the wait time was literally 1.5 hours. could've been one hour if the kiosk was working. workers were just having fun and not doing their jobs. the workers kept on making up excuses. after all the waiting, we literally got not fresh chicken. chicken was moist, bland, not fresh. i am only giving this place one star because they gave me an extra tender. disappointed in you dave's hot chicken. do better. the cashier though......

We waited one hour for our food it thought the food was good it was not worth one hour and they kept giving us bad excuses when the orders ahead of us already got there order I'll leave one start bc the cashier was kinda hot

Food was fine. Service and management leave much to wqbe desired. There was a long line as the result of a promotion with guests waiting nearly 30 minutes - no problem, except that a group of 9 teens came directly to the front of the line, in full view and with acknowledgement from the cashiers (it appears they may have been friends of the staff). Charge WAY too much for what they give you. And the chicken itself is not good either. I got tenders and they were the size of a small French fry. I'd recommended going to any other spicy chicken place.

I don't even know where to start! First of all, the kid at the register cannot see through his dreadlocks. Keeps swinging them back-and-forth to put them in his face and suddenly swings them back so he can see through one eye. Secondly, he does not talk loud enough to explain what I could possibly order. To say I was disappointed with this experience would be kind. I would give it negative starts if I could.
