Amazing staff and fast service even with how busy they are ! Definitely have to come by and check it out
Dave's is terrible since being bought by a private equity firm. I had it for the first time last night since the acquisition and I am not at all impressed. The flavor is still OK, but the seasoning consistency is nonexistent (which has always been a problem) and the portion sizes are so much smaller it's hilarious. The amount you get versus the price you pay is offensive. Also, the combo should come with a drink. Not to mention the sauce is worse now! I will never be back. We recently visited Dave's Hot Chicken, and overall, it felt a bit overhyped. While the food was served quickly and the restaurant itself was very clean with plenty of seating, the quality of the food just didn't live up to the buzz. The manager and employees in the rock hill location are unprofessional and stole my money. The worker came to my table asked me how was my food I told him that it was salty and I couldn't eat it. The person I was with also said so but stated she would eat it. I was going to just take it home to my son but he took my food and said he would get me a refund. the service was not great ... 38 minutes in to waiting for my food i went to the front desk and asked one lady and she said ain't my problem . i asked a lady who walked out the front door of the kitchen she seemed nice enough to not spit in my food and i asked and then she proceeded to walk to the kitchen and ask how much long and they said they gonna wait while they take their smoke break ): then she starts yelling at them and they start cursing at her and i just went back outside to my table . at least they cleaned my tab... read more

I thought it was overpriced and nothing special. The food wasn't nearly as good as promoted.
I don't understand. If all of these reviews are correct, what happened to my chicken? Ordered chicken tenders, medium. They were absolutely inedible. Dry. Unbelievably salty. Chicken itself was tough and flavorless. The Mac and cheese was fine but nothing special. I tossed the chicken in the garbage. Never again.

they forgot my whole meal when I opened the box it was empty, and when I came back up to the restaurant to ask my food was, the lady cussed me out. The employees very rude very arrogant definitely not go again the restaurant
