TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Please stop hyping food up that isn't good. Chicken is waaayyy over seasoned. We all go the medium spice. It's seasoned to the point where it's just dry seasoning that you taste.. Taste like I took a bite of a small piece of chicken with 2tbsp of dry seasoning. Is the chicken crispy, yes it is. But the dry mix isn't good.. Move here a few months ago, and heard about this place. Was hungry and decided to try there food!!! SMH!!!! Rude , Rude !!!!! After waiting for what 15 minutes I got someone to take my order. 15 minutes went by me or my wife don't have food! 20!!! Minutes I said enough is enough, I talk to a worker and finally got my food.. went home, our tray look like hell, like food thrown everywhere!!!! Long story short the food was Horrible and was made to put in the trash!!!! Please stay away from here!!!!!!

the best way to describe it is eh. for the price, at around $16 per meal, it's just not all that. the fries are good. sweet tea was alright. the people are friendly. location is good. chicken has a weird powdery texture that's honestly kind of gross. the flavor is definitely strange. overall, for the price, won't be back. please note MILKSHAKE IS A FROSTY.
