SO GOOD! Cannot recommend this place enough. The Mac and Cheese was so good, would go back for just this alone. The pickles were crunchy and so good. The sauce was such a nice compliment to the hot chicken, which was juicy and delicious. The staff were nice enough, but it did take quite a while to get our food. Probably more of a statement to how busy they were than the staff themselves.

The drive thru was a bit crowded. I decided to dine in and check out the decor. The place has giant murals on all sides. A/C vents, tube, chairs and benches are in bright red. I don't have issue with the distracting decor at all. The music is slightly louder than average. Due to the hollow interior in a square shape, there are a lot eches with background noise from the ice maker. Spicy level is really a subject thing. My first try was medium to set a baseline. I really wanted to like this place because I had heard how popular it was, but I wasn't very impressed with the food. It looked good, portions were great, and I liked the option of adding cheese. But unfortunately I found the chicken to be bland and wished I hadn't asked for cheese on my fries. I don't know how to explain it, I just wasn't a fan of the taste. First time and it won't be my last! The chicken was crispy and hot! The fries were also a solid 9, and crispy as well. Fast service even though they were busy and the "Lite Spice" wasn't spicy at all (I like a lot of hot & spicy food), I'll definitely try the mild next time. The cheese with the fries were sooo yummy and on the slider even more! I ordered a cheese cup instead of on the slider but I'd probably add it to the slider next time as well with order a cup of it to dip my fries in. Overall a great and tasty experience... read more

I am hoping our experience can be chalked up to being newly opened. The music was WAY too loud. We almost had to shout to the girl to order. We both had the #1, 2 tenders, fries, pickles, and sliced bread. One lite mild and one medium. We ordered the kale slaw to share. Meals do not include a drink. The prices are not inexpensive.
