It was ok.. a bit pricey but the service was good and the place was clean. I would recommend going but wait until it slows down

I'm from SoCal..definitely living up to its standards of how I remember it. Let's just hope it can last...not many franchises that I look forward to doesn't seem to last much out here in the Valley...especially the service. But good size and the heat is there.

The foods good it's just the quantity of sauce given and rushing through the order.would rather make the drive to McAllen p.s check your order before driving off.

All the tables were dirty and I had to clean our table myself. The entire time I was there, no one cleaned the tables. All the combos don't include drinks. Very poorly laid out. Too loud, I could not hear people at my own table. Sign states they have to request single-use items including napkins plasticware. The dry rub is messy, it would be nice if they had some hand wipes.

There is a store right near me and I've been wanting to try it out. Well, I went there today and I would never go back again. It is disgusting. The hot sauce is not a sauce. It's like they sprinkle half a bottle of powdered spice on it. And all I am tasting is powder in my mouth. It's just gross. I could not even eat it.

Guy took my order and came to 13.85 and that's with no drink. He gave me a dirty button clicker and when my order is ready it beeps, gross. I said thank but he did not. Got my order and said thank but the lady who handed to me did not. Very unfriendly. Got mild chicken tenders but did not taste good. Fries were good.
