Got the #2 heat was medium. The flavor of the rub was excellent, the fries were good, and the sauce was good also. It took approximately ten minutes to get our food. The restaurant is clean and neat, the decor is inviting. Everyone loved their food, even my pickiest thought the Mac n cheese was "the best he ever had" all around great experience and we will be back .

I had a great experience at Dave's Hot Chicken! The location was convenient and the environment was comfortable and inviting. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my visit. Even the napkins were cool! As someone who loves spicy food, I was excited to try Dave's Hot Chicken. The cashier was helpful in recommending the mild spice level so that I could still" taste the flavors without overwhelming my taste buds". Clean. Friendly. Chicken is good too. It's different but good. Somewhat pricey but so is everything else.

Terrible service and order was incorrect. Contacted store management and said they would refund the food that was not received. Had to co tact their customer support and continued to get the run around and finally had to dispute the charge on my credit card.

The service here was great, the staff was friendly and everything came out quickly. The food just wasn't really my personal taste. They use a signature seasoning on items like the chicken and fries that has a distinct, slightly chip like aftertaste that reminded me of Doritos, which I'm not a big fan of. That being said, I can see how others might really enjoy it if that flavor profile appeals to them.
