The food is decent but the service is absolutely horrible I'm not sure why it takes so long to make chicken sliders it's crazy to me been waiting in the drive thru for almost 25 minutes

Took 20 minutes in line waiting for food when there was only 1 person in front of me and nobody behind me
I am a mom of 2 my son is 4 he is a very picky eater he will only eat chicken, chicken fingers chicken tenders chicken nuggets just chicken everything well we decided on Dave's hot chicken after I got my food me and my son decided to park in the back of the place to I could get the baby and he could eat before we had to get back on the road well while we were eating my son very curious boy told me that there was someone smoking by the building and I looked up it was a skinny white complected girl with dark hair a hat on and ... read more
i'm going to be honest the food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered the chicken cauliflower sandwich with fries from there and the food was just horrible. I didn't get my fries nor was the food delicious it looked like it was left out and open at night and reheat it in the morning I'm never ordering from this Dave's hot chicken again. It was so bad to the point where I thought it was the overall taste.

Very, very disappointed with the quality of the chicken, the price of the food, and the service. The chicken was dry and the only flavor was the powder coating. No real crunch, no real crust, just a heavy coating of powder which almost made it uneatable. Way too many options with better service and better prices.

Why is it so expensive? You can eat a steak at Texas Roadhouse for about the same price. I mean really why is it so costly? Is it imported from Spain? Is it soaked in caviar? Is there gold in them nuggets?

This is just ridiculous. Tiny chicken tender on a small bun and they call this a chicken sandwich. Just this and the fries is $12 without a drink. It's a hit or miss with this place and it's very frustrating.
