Waited 20 minutes inside to order there were only 2 people in front of me I got tired and decided to try the drive thru there was only 1 car in front of me and I was stuck in drive through for 30 minutes before I got to the window it's unbelievable.

Drove from willis and back just to realize items were missing from my order. I understand that I should've double checked before I left but at the same time I shouldn't have to wonder if my order is accurate. Especially since it was slow.

Wish you could make it 0 stars. the service was so slow, the food was not cooked right and everytime i've been here my order is messed up. I've asked for my order to be remade and they give you attitude or just take the some of the same food and mix it with a new side to make it look like they remade. Only going to the Midtown location. The last 2 times i've been the whole place smelt like weed.
