The chicken was done well and the service was nice. The place was new and clean. Just a warning the sliders are about the size of a regular chicken sandwich, so bring a big appetite if you plan to order two.

Tried DHC for the first time last Friday and it was so good we had it again this Friday. My bf is totally obsessed already. The food is obviously very good! The employees are all super nice and the service is quick. The restaurant itself is a good space, it's very clean and they play really great music.

5 stars for customer service! I got a tender on the grand opening and a slider a week later and everyone was helpful and pleasant. The chicken tenders are tender, crispy, hot, fresh, and very thick. Move over, local Safeway. The price is reasonable. And they use dense bread buns with a nice grill to it- not the cardboard tasting kind from McDonald's. The place is clean, even the restrooms! Excellent, different and testy chicken. Dave's sauce is the best!!. The ambiance is very cool , fun and Great Wall art. Excellent customer service. I recommend this place 100 %.

We've been waiting for this restaurant to open, and it was worth the wait. My husband likes spicy food, but I have to keep it mild, and Dave's can keep both of us happy. I loved the fries (and the extra pickles!) especially. Recommended.

February 19, 2023 Came with my partner to see what the buzz is about the newly opened Dave's Hot Chicken Atmosphere - 5 stars Food - 4 star Service - 5 stars --Atmosphere-- The inside is brand new with high ceilings and cool murals on the walls. There are many places to sit and staff that waits around to clean tables, push chairs in, and even open the door for you! --Food-- We ordered 2 Mild Sliders w/ Fries and 2 Medium Sliders w/ Mac n Cheese. Best customer service! Omar especially, very kind and helpful with my friends and I being first time customers! I even saw them cleaning the windows and tables ??? I highly appreciate them cleaning for more customers to be comfortable in a clean area to eat. The food met up to my expectations - the spice levels were well evened out. Would come by again, happy grand opening to these guys!

The highly anticipated Dave's Hot Chicken is the latest new eatery in Rivermark Plaza, having put up the big DAVE'S HOT CHICKEN sign up months ago, teasing the community with excitement. Love the fact that they are open late (for Santa Clara standards) and they have an online order pickup window so you can avoid having to go indoors in a pinch. We come here pretty often because I love Dave's and this location is the closest to our house but the staff isn't so welcoming . We always see the short Mexican guy wearing all black late nights , assuming he's the manager . He never smiles or even seems like he wants to be there . ALWAYS has an attitude , I never want to ask him for anything cause once he gives us our order he turns his back to us . Never puts anything in the bag for us .
