Easy and quick to pick up. I liked the sandwich and cheese fries but the Mac and cheese was basic

I ordered #3- the burger was extra hot, and the tender was reaper. The overall concept is not flawed. I can tell effort is put into everything from portions to flavors to packaging. I'm a fan of coleslaw, and this was the first time I tried kale slaw that didn't disappoint. It was good. The white bread with the tender is a good touch. The fries are the bomb. The chicken- crust is perfect, with excellent crunch, and the chicken inside is nice and moist. However, I felt like I bit into chalk. Honestly, there was no "Wow!" fac... read more

Not only was the chicken delicious, the service was outstanding. The young gentlemen working yesterday (3/25/23) went above and beyond. We will be back!! Thank you!

Went twice last week. Level 5 spice. Must visit place for friends chicken lovers, I've had the hot chicken in Nashville and I believe this far exceeds that in terms of taste, freshness and vibe. Service was also really quick and streamlined.

The overall experience is A+. Ordered online for Togo, love the outside the store pickup window so no need to enter the store and navigate to the cashier. Once stood at the window, cashier acknowledged my presence asking me to wait while serving another customer, few seconds later, handed me my order in a sealed bag. In terms of the food, I like the option to pick 6 grades spice level. However the breading is little salty to my taste. The chicken is well portioned and juicy. Will difinitly come back

I tried 1 mild, 1 medium ... I like medium, but spice challenged individuals may find mild to be too hot. Personally, I think I'll ask them to double the slaw next time. Service is fast, and they even came to check on us which is somewhat unique for a sandwich spot. Location is very cool, and appreciate the extra bathrooms that are all unisex.

It's probably too early to say there are as many hot chicken places in the South Bay as boba and poke joints, but it's getting close, and the spicy bird takeover effort is being lead by Dave's Hot Chicken, a franchise that is popping up all over the area. I finally had my first experience yesterday, trying out the recently opened location in Santa Clara's Rivermark Plaza. Walking in to the restaurant during a weekday at lunch time, I was greeted by a friendly person at the counter who welcomed me and took my order. Being ... read more

Love the simple menu and straightforward selection. You order at the counter and there are tables inside to eat or two tables outside. First time, I ordered in person and food came out at a decent pace. The inside is spacious and the walls are painted with graffiti-inspired art. Second time here I tried online ordering since I had my dog with me. There's a convenient pickup window--sort of like a drive thru window but for walking. My order was ready on time and was still warm/hot once I got home to eat. Food overall wa... read more
