I ordered 1 Large Dave's Sauce when picking up my online order.. I waited for over 15 minutes for them to hand me a cold container that I watched sit on the pickup window for about 5 minutes. By the time I got home my food was cold like the sauce First and last time ever going to this location. I should have gone to Angry Chickz instead.

Really bad service. On two separate occasions only half the order was delivered. Be very careful when ordering for delivery or even when picking up.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My boyfriend ordered the reaper level spice and signed a waiver. It was inedible but he knew the risks. But my order was for a mild slider with no pickles. Idk what happened but my slider was just as spicy as his reaper, and there were pickles in the slider and on the side. We ordered to go so it's too much to have to drive all the way back. I tried contacting the place to see if we can just get a refund for our order but there's no way to contact the place directly. No one answers the ph... read more

Let me start by saying we like spicy food! We were new to Dave's so we asked the manager on duty about the spice levels and specifically the "hot." I told him I was hoping for like "buffalo" sauce. He very offhandedly said "oh it's not that hot at all." (His whole demeanor was blasé.) so we ordered hot. It was awful -- so hot as to not be enjoyable at all. I ruined my nails trying to peel off the crust, and we used napkins to try to pat/soak away some of the spice; we never could so we hardly ate any of the chicken. My issue... read more

The good: The chicken! I think they've nailed the spices and the spice level on my mild spice level of the chicken, and the chicken itself is realllyyy moist and juicy! Very impressed for a fast food place! The dining area and bathrooms are also kept very clean! The okay: The milkshake was pretty mediocre. It was more milk than ice within a couple minutes--given the price, I probably wouldn't get it again. Food was a bit dry and had the light spicy chicken strips on bread. A lot of spice (not hot) but not a lot of flavour. None of our group was particularly impressed.

Ordered Dave's number 1 and brought it home. Chicken had absolutely no flavor--I kept eating it and questioning it until I had my partner try it and he also agreed--the workers must have forgotten to season them. Usually it's whatever, but with food getting more expensive its a bummer :/ Will most likely skip next time.

If you want a mouthful of salt with each bite of chicken, this is the place for you. I don't know what these people are thinking, but their medium-spiced chicken is completely inedible. I like salty foods, but this stuff is like eating pure seasoning, which is mostly salt with theirs. And to make matters worse, they overcooked the chicken, and the sliders barely had any coleslaw that might have provided some balance to the amount of salt. Fries were just ok, basically average.
