Ordered food via Grub Hub. I give Dave's Hot Chicken and the driver kiddos because our order arrived a little early. Everything we requested was included. This included condiment request and utensils. The food was good. I ordered a two piece tender with coleslaw, extra pickles, and extra slaw. I like to eat it like a big salad. Try it if you love the kale slaw. It was really good. Sometimes I think they give you 3 tenders of they're small to compensate. My problem with that is you get more batter on those smaller pieces. So bummed. We ordered a delivery order through DoorDash tonight. It was easy to place the order. Dave's Hot Chicken confirmed and sent a text. Sadly when the food arrived, only half the order was delivered. We were missing our loaded spicy chicken Mac fries, our extra side of slaw, our milkshake, and the mikes hot honey. Came here recently and it was packed, which is always a good sign! Luckily they have the option to order in person or use the kiosks, which made things quick and easy. I ended up using the kiosk and the process was super convenient. It had been a while since my last visit to this location, so I ordered my usual to go: a sandwich, a tender, and a side of mac and cheese. When I got home, everything looked just like I remembered. I had Dave's Hot Chicken for lunch today. My go to is the two tender meal with slaw, and extra side of slaw, and extra pickles. I get my chicken hot. The perfect bite for me is a bite of chicken worth slaw and a pickle. Delicious! The service today was great. The cashier was making suggestions and very informative. We ordered Dave's Hot Chicken from Grub Hub tonight. When the food was delivered it was still hot and fresh - I appreciate that because it was great timing on the driver and the restaurant. I'm going to say the service was good even though I didn't go because I ordered a two piece tender meal and they gave me an extra tender.
