I happened to be in Fontana and stopped by this Dave's hot chicken because I was craving spicy southern fried chicken with that honey glaze. I kept the spice level at a medium, because even though I can handle hot, I'm trying to enjoy my meal. I topped it all off a small order of mac & cheese and some fries on the side. Much improved from my first visit to a Dave's hot chicken on SD. I stumbled on this location on our way to an appointment at Kaiser. There is outside seating, the inside has a corner window with a view of the traffic. The bathrooms need codes to get into but that's fair these days for a fast food place. The girl at the counter was lovely, she assisted with the menu and we discussed the heat options for myself and my son. So far food has been good and service is typically awesome . Today however, the free drink for checking in on Yelp was held hostage until I "wrote a little something" LOL. Review would've probably been better if not forced into writing it... "Dave's" . Went back in hopes having a better experience. Glad I did. Michelle was very helpful and professional. Thank you Michelle for making my recent experience better.

Staff is polite and patient, also this is a cool spot to hang out at if your in your teens. The food is good, flavor fantastic. Price wise is why I took one star off. Second star due to not serving ranch as a side. Don't get me wrong Dave sauce is good but not great.
