First time customer ordered online pick up was a breeze I ordered the slider and fry combo medium heat thought it was amazing, nice amount of heat and cold slaw. Wife got the mild. She was impressed also by the nice sized slider, slaw and pickles. Also got a side of chicken nuggets to sharewith the dog. All in all I thought the chicken hit all the notes tender, juicy right amount of slaw,crispy crinkle cut fries with just the right amount of salt. Would definitely hit them up again good food, good value.

I stopped in on a quiet Tuesday afternoon for some lunch. I ordered a medium single slider and small top loaded fries. The fries were better than the slider as the 3 chicken pieces and crispy fries were actually hot, whereas the tender in my slider was barely room temp. With the time that the order took to come out, you'd think the tender would be at least warm. My order was for "here"/eat in, but they were both oddly boxed up.

I got the combo with a tender and slider. Both were medium level of spice. Unfortunately, I couldn't detect any level of spice or heat. Maybe I should have gotten hot or the hottest spice level to be able to get the heat I was looking for. Otherwise, the chicken was crispy and not dried out. However, I felt like I needed to dip the chicken and slider in the sauce that was included to get flavor. Lastly, the fries were nicely seasoned. All in all, not sure if it was memorable enough to come back...

Good service and the chicken is actually hot. Love really spicy food. It's as hot on the spicy level as Buffalo Wild Wings blazin sauce

Happy New Year! Started 2025 out with the new Top Loaded fries with hot chicken bites and a side of mac and cheese to add to the top. 10/10, SO GOOD! Super fast, very friendly gentleman at the counter. It's always a good time at Dave's, the decor is great, the music makes the whole vibe come together.

Service was exceptional! The food was good! Was imagining it to be really spicy so I didn't get super spicy and it wasn't as good but it was good. Loved the slider! Was my favorite

Lady who rang me up was horribly unfriendly and rude, and the food is very expensive but delicious. However, the man who served me my food was incredibly kind despite the restaurant being very busy. Portion sizes are very generous, which is good considering the price. I would consider visiting again.

Definitely a place for the young ins to hang out in. Loud current music, graffiti walls. Looked cool. I'm a fan of current alternative music. Staff was prompt and friendly. Food cooked to order and perfectly fried. Not a fan of the dry rub, but for what it was, it was good. I ordered medium hotness, kiddo ordered hot. We both were, eh on the scoville rating. Cute place for a quick bite. Oh and the cherry coke fountain had no syrup. Mostly seltzer. Regular coke was good.

TAKE OUT REVIEW: Such a great addition to the Portsmouth area. The prices aren't insane, and you definitely get your money's worth. The chicken is crispy and juicy will a lot of variation in heat. The tenders and the sliders are a great go to. The mac and cheese is pretty standard nothing too special, but still good.
