We've ordered from here 2 times within the last month and a half every time I order a $10 dollar milkshake from here I never receive it. This has happened twice... so then I have to end up ordering even more food because on DD you can't just order something that's 10 dollars without there being extra fees... with just the one milkshake my total was 25 so I had to add on a very small Mac and cheese for another 5 dollars..

Fell in love with the place the first time! The second time,,, not so happy, the food is not consistent regarding quality!

Most of the friend chicken pieces were dry inside and not fresh, juicy tasting. It may be crispy but needed the hot sauces they let us choose. I guess, KFC tastes better for me.

Food is okay, at best. Service is bad. Staff is on one. Not sure what's going on here, but the couple of times I've been in here, the staff stared at my wife and step daughter so awkwardly that they refuse to go back there. I didn't believe them the first time they came home and told me this, so I went back with them, and sure enough, awkward staring from every direction, constantly. Not impressed... Their chicken sandwich was on a basic hamburger bun, untoasted. I probably ordered the chicken too hot although being fan of Buffalo wings, I thought I liked heat, not this kind. The chicken was well cooked and juicy Their French fries are typical Ore-Ida fries, the fry seasoning was pretty good. Mac and cheese was pretty good, I would recommend over fries. The food is spicy and tasteless. We asked for one portion of not spicy and got spicy. If you want greasy , crunchy, flavorless food, this is the place for you. Yes, if the only spice is lots of chill spice, there's really no flavor, just heat. This is a fast food place so not really an ambiance and the service is also basically fast food. Nothing to get excited about

Yikes.... Feels like absolutely anyone with no cooking skills could've made this. Regular hot dog buns anyone can get at the store and legit Safeway frozen crinkle fries?? Hahaha I was speechless. Even funnier was them asking if I wanted sauce on the sandwich and then getting a teeny tiny drizzle. Also the chicken is only crispy because they legit roll it in sugar then essentially the fryer is caramelizing the exterior making it crunchy but sugary? Disappointing, even though the chicken was quite good, the place clean and. staff friendly (although the spice is wayyy saltier than it needs to be) -- I won't be back because: this is essentially a fast food restaurant, you order at the register, wait for your food and carry your try to a table, yet somehow the owners have decided I should subsidize their payroll by instituting Tip Blackmail; pay by card on the pad, you have to tip or be a jerk, which is nothing more than an 18% tax on the food with no indication if staff e... read more

I've been here twice. The first time, the chicken was dry and so salty, I didn't eat the second piece. The next time, I ordered a one slider combo with Mac and cheese. When I got home, I found it was one chicken strip with a piece of white bread and a side of coleslaw. I won't be going back.
