Took us nearly 30 minutes to get THREE mozzarella bars because the blonde fat kid with the round stomach couldn't stop gossiping with the girl making the food. I'm not even trying to be disrespectful but it's unbelievable how terrible his customer service was. This is coming from someone who has worked in customer service before and understands how things work, I have never been the person to get angry at a service worker. The SO always mentioned wanting to stop by Dave's Hot Chicken when go to Costco. We finally decided to stop last week. We ordered one tender and two 10-piece bites - all hot. They were indeed spicy hot, but I was disappointed that the heat came from being sprinkled with chili power which resulted in a very uneven result. Some bites were overly hot and others were blah. The chicken is decent, the staff are nice, etc but I just paid $6.99 for a single chicken tender. I used to get a single tender here for a lot less and it was twice the size. I won't be going back because the value just isn't there.

I tried to make an order for pick up, but of course when you call it goes to a call center in India. Have you ever tried calling technical support overseas for customer support? Imagine you're trying to order food and that's what you get now. They couldn't figure out my card info so I just gave up
