With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Came in on a Friday night after a long day and Adrian took our orders with the most welcoming help. It was pretty packed in here, but we didn't have to wait in line for very long at all. They seemed to be very organized at this location! I'll definitely be coming back!
Customer service was amazing! Whole crew looks like they enjoy their job.. which lets me know my food will be made perfect. Store was really clean and store ambiance was enjoyable. GREAT JOB!
Gerson was a wonderful employee I met. I absolutely recommend this Dave's Hot Chicken for any fried chicken fan. He was so awesome and kind. Such a wonderful person! Great energy
