Food was okay but they said on the app it was too busy to place an order. Waited 30 minutes, tried again and they said 7:15pm my order would be ready, went there at 7:15pm, and the order wasn't even made yet. Got my food at 8:15pm and hour later and the worked who said i'll call your name when its ready they are running behind never called my name, just put it on the shelf next to him, behind the counter, everything was cold and soggy. Very disappointed

I waited 20 minutes for the saucy bites. They were ice cold and stale so I'm not sure what the wait was for. Really disappointed and felt like a waste of money.

HORRIBLE experience, food took 40+ minutes, ruined my evening plans & just threw off my day. will be leaving more negative reviews because ONE isnt enough to express my frustration

I witnessed one of the most digusting things at this Daves Hot Chicken. A young child who was waiting impatiently for their order walked to the front counter next to the cash register and wiped their nose or their bandaid that was in their mouth and hand and smeared a gob of red stuff all over the metal counter. The worker didnt clean it and just encouraged the child. Perhaps he didnt notice but it was smeared on the counter. Horrible wait times. Pre-ordered via the app and arrived at the estimated time and still waited another 30 mins for food. It was a small order of just 3 cheese sticks. Not sure what happened tonight if the location is understaff but I've had a long wait in the past too. When I did ask about my order the worker said it was an hour from the time the order came thru. I did not use a third party but used their own app but door dash and Uber Eats seem to be faster.

I don't know what's going on with this place, but the service is the slowest I've ever seen. I ordered one chicken tender and one slider 2 hours ago on food delivery platform and still don't have it. The delivery person told me the employees are really unhappy and there are too many orders. Maybe turn off online order option if they can't be fulfilled

I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I feel like I have to for this one. The woman at the register was very short and snarky as if we were inconveniencing her by ordering food. We stood there watching the screens and MULTIPLE online/doordash orders that came in AFTER we ordered were fulfilled first. We finally got our food after 45 minutes! Way too slow. I have been here three separate times hoping the wait would improve, but it is always a 30 plus minute wait for food. Do not come here if you are starving.
