This restaurant has people coming in here huffing nitro out of balloons and their staff laughing along with it. That is completely unacceptable and makes me feel unsafe buying food from this location. What the actual fuck? Worse than 1 star

Waited over 40 mins for two meals, got the wrong drink/float. Employees seemed properly trained, but there's clearly more priority for third party orders like DoorDash/Uber Eats. No clear direction as to where you order everyone is huddled up. Employee who served me my food had it in his hand for 10 mins without calling my name, no utensils, no sauces, no straws for milkshakes I ordered. I know I wasn't the only one upset, La Tijera location seems to know how to run it better

We love Dave's and I've been coming here for years regularly. Tonight we were kind of shocked to hear that they're not giving out the Dave's hot sauce anymore or honey, and they only give up ketchup. How can you not give out Dave's sauce anymore? isn't it a thing ! That's what I said in the beginning. Please don't continue with that change. It looks like you're still crazy busy there was 18 people waiting for takeout orders, Uber eats Postmates. Please remember where you started from and even my surprise are skimpy tonight

By all means you can dislike this review but oh my gosh, over the course of the franchises small existence, I have not seen an improvement to price, quality, or portions. It's shrank and price increased, spice is consistently inconsistent. It's all bland and sliders are a mess to eat. It was good.

if you don't want to wait an extra 30+ minutes after placing your order online and the "expected" finish time would be 10-15 minutes later.. i would suggest waiting 30-40 minutes instead of 10 minutes to go drive and pickup your food. service is so slow.

i stopped eating here because of the extremely slow service. unfortunately, i now do ubereats & nothing has improved. the night shift needs help!!! sevice is still excruciatingly slow!!!!! i will no longer accept orders from here. it's a complete waste of my time & the customer's!!!

Worst longest service. Came at 7:15pm to order to go, just leaving at 7:56. Avoid this place, they are completely disorganized.

Food was okay but they said on the app it was too busy to place an order. Waited 30 minutes, tried again and they said 7:15pm my order would be ready, went there at 7:15pm, and the order wasn't even made yet. Got my food at 8:15pm and hour later and the worked who said i'll call your name when its ready they are running behind never called my name, just put it on the shelf next to him, behind the counter, everything was cold and soggy. Very disappointed
