Food was alright, but the bread used for sandwiches was mcdonalds quality. Soggy and thin. When youre paying twice as much that should not be where youre cutting corners. Also, customer service was bad. Asked for a sticker and was told no twice before another employee gave me one.

I was promised my refund after being charged TWICE ($102.33 in total). I was told the registers card reader was broken AFTER the gentleman swiped my card. He then said after 2 days that I would receive the first transaction into my bank account. 5 days pass and nothing was received on my end. I spoke w a manager and was told I would receive a phone call to help me with what happend. No phone call and it's now been a total of 8 days. Pretty upset with what happend. Went there this afternoon with my son for lunch. We both ordered the sliders and fries. It was a little surprising that sodas were not included in the fry/slider combo. Price for the two of us, including a small modest tip, $43.19. My son really liked the food. I finished 80% of the first slider, and then abandoned the remainder. The cheese fries are just amazing. Lots of hype around Dave's and honestly it's a little disappointing. I had a medium slider and hot tender and the medium is way more sweet than hot and the hot isn't really hot. Fries are standard frozen crinkle cut with no flavor and it's not cheap costing $15 for a slider and tender with cheese. The location is new and clean and employees are fine but you come here for the food and it's disappointing

I was really excited to have another chicken restaurant in the area to try. This specific franchise comes to us from California. They had their grand opening on June 30, so this was the day I decided to give them a try. I was one of their first guests in line. Outside, they had a DJ playing music but that was it. Staff was friendly and ambiance is unique. Tried to order a shake and I guess there milkshake machine is down, normal for a grand opening, when I asked for a water the cashier said they would have to charge me for a soft drink. Pretty crazy to me you can't just get a water. Ordered the slider without pickles and it came with pickles. Staff was kind to fix the situation, but just another mark to make it a not so pleasant first impression. Lmfao these guys will tell you to leave a review for a free shake they won't give you and the food is cheap and not worth it. Looks like someone took a crap on a piece of bread they got from the grocery store.
