Not from Utah and love Dave's hot chicken out of state, it's one of our favorite places. Our experience started out rough at the Orem location when the line was out the door and only one register was open. We understand this place is new but we were waiting for an absurd amount of time. After almost 15-20 min of waiting in the line that didn't seem to be moving we realized it was because the guy at the register was taking an average of 4 min with every customer and was the only one taking orders. The food here was amazing! Service was great! Best chocolate milkshake I've ever had and the hot chicken sandwich was literally to die for. I've already been twice and they just opened!

This was a tricky one for me- I frequently visit pretty bird so unfortunately I feel like my review is slightly biased based on my love for that. I ordered two chicken strips with melted cheese... it was just ok? Seasoning didn't have a ton of flavor and the actual meat had a few questionable pieces. My husband recently went in Vegas and said the Vegas location was a lot better. It took about 15min for us to get our foot, strange when we counted 22 employees working? Not sure what that was about? Its good. Prices are a little high for soggy krinkle cut fries and nacho cheese but the chicken is good. I think the medium is a perfect level of spice. The cook on the chicken and crispiness of the breading is really good. I don't understand the two slices of cheapo white bread, but i guess its a southern thing. I could do without it or at least they could toast the bread or something. Dave's sauce is pretty good too. I don't think there's anything to rave about here but its good. This is a fun place, high energy, excellent fry puns, and cool decor. With the hype of fried chicken in Utah, I always wonder what new places have to offer. This place adds a new vein to the chicken scene... heat. There are a few places that scratch the surface, but I've never seen one requiring a waiver to order the hottest reaper sauce.
