I ate here two weeks ago and my wife got sick she said she bit the chicken and it was like rubber probally under cooked she was throwing up and going to the bathroom non stop and her stomach was killing her, I assured her it happens and it probably a rare situation.. she advised me she never going to eat there again .. me on the other hand I couldn't resist I love their chicken, so I had a doctors appointment for my kids and when I got out I passed by I thought hey I'll be alright that's not going to happen again haha boy w... read more

Upon arrival to this establishment, I was greeted by a very relaxed cashier, who didn't seem to want me to enjoy some chicken. I ordered the #3 hot tender and slider with cheese and Dave's sauce. The food tasted good and the heat level was good, but the aftermath is really what drives me to write this review. Within 30 minutes after consumption of this chicken served by a depressing cashier, I was burping and farting spices of all different kinds of flavors. Look at the picture enough said, also missing ingredients like bread. Very disappointed. Mac and cheese is terrible

Food is decent. Brined chicken is moist. Mine came out a bit greasy. Fries underwhelming. Overpriced. Girl serving me was horrible at customer service. Was carrying on conversation with someone else and barely acknowledging my existence. I think this is the result of kids raised on cell phones. If she had made me feel welcome and not that I was annoying her, I might have left her a tip !!

They have a nice fried cauliflower slider there, about an inch or more thick and you can order in various spiciness levels, "not Chicken" they call it and it's quite good with a nice reddish mayo type sauce resembling McDonalds "secret sauce". The problem is passing by a vegetarian would not think to go in there, since there is nothing on the window showing it's there. I was pretty skeptical that this place would be as good as my friends were telling me, but it definitely lived up to the hype. The chicken sandwich is more seasoned and juicier than any other fast food chicken sandwich I have ever had. I forgot to take a photo since I ate it too quickly. The service was quick and friendly. The ambiance was fine, not crowded and pretty clean.

If you don't want to be forceful record and have your experience be use for this company gain don't visit them and take your business elsewhere. I always wanted to try Dave's Hot Chicken,Was in PS and walked by and noticed it.I walked in and was about the order my food. I was excited to try this place because I love a good fried chicken sandwich and I'd heard some hype. I ended up thinking it was just okay. The chicken was nice and moist but surprisingly flavorless given the thick spice rub coating it. Now, I'm sure connoisseurs will tell me that's my fault because I ordered only a medium spice level, but you can have savory flavor without a crazy amount of heat!
