Wow. We drove here to get five guys and as we were walking in realized it was the grand opening weekend of this place. Something about it drew us in and even though the line was to the door, we waited in line anyways. The line moved fast, and the service was attentive and efficient. We only had to wait for our food so long because there were so many people. Even then, I think once the hype calms a little, the food will come out super fast I think. The food was good but they did not have a military discount. In fact, when I asked about it, the woman basically told me that they don't support the military! How dare they! Overall terrible experience.

Erm... what the beep. These were the first words to leave my mouth as I walked into Dave's Hot Chicken, located in Braintree, MA. My niece Caitlyn has been begging me to take her to this establishment, and I finally cracked today. We loaded the car, and drove. Upon arrival, we were in distance of Qdoba, my favorite personally. After I have been to BBQ chicken, and Bon Chon this is by far disappointing. There is a weird smell in the restaurant that I could not make out what it is. Smells like a dirty rag with bleach! Anyway the food is not good to my taste. It's fast food style, order at the counter then pickup at the counter when # is called. Small tables cafeteria style setting. Good place for teens to hang out but not teenagers budget bracket. Once is enough for me

This place takes forever to get food out. Waited 25 minutes for chicken tenders and sandwiches, which they are cooking all night so it's strange it takes so long. My order was a takeout, so when I got home to eat I was excited. My fiance and I both found long black hairs in our food! Yummy! NOT. Straight up disgusting. Won't be back.

Had someone hack my card (maybe from the order I placed on 2/28 not sure but its a heck of a coincidence if not). Then use 1200 points from my rewards. Thinking this is frustrating but oh well so I went to change my password and their site keeps saying that the two passwords don't match (but they do). Tried emailing them at dhc.tellusdirect.com and got error. Tried to review the order I didn't place and got the same error. The food is amazing but now I've lost faith in them since there is no way to contact anyone.

I placed an online order through the website, and came to pick it up. The woman at the register was so unfriendly when I walked up to the counter. Not a smile, a thank you, or a have a good day. When I got to my car, I realized they had gotten my order wrong. With some trepidation I went back inside. I tried to point out that the order was wrong -- showing her my email order confirmation, and the difference in what I ordered and what I got.
