TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

COOL PLACE WITH H-O-T CHICKEN! We really liked dining in. The place has beautiful graffiti art from floor to ceiling. The chicken ranges NO SPICE to REAPER... seven levels. We did HOT (level 5) and it was perfect. Simple menu: tenders, sandwiches, or both, with fries. Also had a side of Mac-N-Cheese and a strawberry milkshake. Dave's Hot chicken was a first time experience after relocating back here to Kansas City. It was a break from my norm, but I have to say I was impressed. I had the HOT and didn't try to be brave beyond that! You have different SPICY 🔥🥵 Levels to choose. My son braved the EXTRA HOT 🥵 and let's just say he claimed he was full, but I think it was the spice that got him to take the remaining home 🔥 to try later 🤷🏾♂️😆 I would honestly recommend this place and enjoy the experience whatever spice level you choose.
Dave's Hot Chicken always hits the spot! It's one of our favorite places to eat 😋 We always get the #3 combo, extra hot, its 💯/💯 The staff is friendly. Also, the place is always clean and hygienic. I love the fact that they are halal.
I absolutely loved my experience here! Destiny (Desi) and Alex were amazing! Their customer service was top tier and they made me feel so welcomed! Good vibes all around. They were so sweet and amazing conversationalists. And our food came out fast and was hot! Would definitely come back here just to chat with them again!!
Customer service was excellent. The food presentation was excellent. I was just underwhelmed, to say the least about the flavor of the food. Medium did not give much heat at all. It was a bit pricey, but the portion size did compensate.
