Alright, I'm impressed. This is BY FAR the best Nashville Hot Chicken I've ever had. I ordered the 'Hot' heat level and my friend ordered the 'Mild' heat level. Both very good, but discovered Medium is really ideal for someone not too experienced with spicy foods. Hot is still very flavorful and they're not joking because it is indeed very, very hot. First time eating here! I ordered the chicken slider and chicken tender with fries, which was all good. You have the option of ordering no sauce, mild, medium, or hot. I ordered no sauce and other people ordered hot sauce. People that ordered the hot couldn't hardly eat it because it was too hot, so if you like spicy then this is your place! Place was decorated quite brightly on the walls as they were artistically painted in bright colors. Parking can be a little bit of a pain due to a one way street beside it. Walk ... read more

On our way to an event, we stopped by thinking we had time to spare. We were wrong! Here is where things could be improved: Location: 8/10 This location is considered to be midtown/Westport area. I do think it is a decent location, but it is definitely on the smaller side. Customer Service: 4/10 I wouldn't necessarily say that the customer service was bad, but it could have been better.
