First time eating here! I ordered the chicken slider and chicken tender with fries, which was all good. You have the option of ordering no sauce, mild, medium, or hot. I ordered no sauce and other people ordered hot sauce. People that ordered the hot couldn't hardly eat it because it was too hot, so if you like spicy then this is your place! On our way to an event, we stopped by thinking we had time to spare. We were wrong! Here is where things could be improved: Location: 8/10 This location is considered to be midtown/Westport area. I do think it is a decent location, but it is definitely on the smaller side. Customer Service: 4/10 I wouldn't necessarily say that the customer service was bad, but it could have been better. Service is what you would expect from a fast-food joint. If I want some spicy chicken, this is always a place that comes to mind but for just that reason. I have tried from mild all the way to extra hot and I feel like the reason people come here is for spice and not flavor. I would hope there would be more flavor with the chicken overall.
