TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Such good food! Way better than chickfila! Sandwich was sweet, spicy, cold, warm, everything you could want in one bite of food! We drove by and the line was out the door so we ordered online and hung out in the car for about 15 min. They let you walk right in and grab your food! Preorder!!!
Pretty good chicken. When I went the soda machine was down so the only option for drinks was bottled or slushees. Can get very crowded.

I'm sure everyone knows this place already. I got to try it for the first time recently & it is delicious. We came around 9 PM, very hungry, post pickleball. The line was long and it's a war to find seating, but we came out victorious. The food took a reallllly long time to come out (but this was expected).
