TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

I really like the sauce, the food is great and I love slider. I always bring my friends over. the only complaint is that it's always full but that's because it's good.

Im already a big fan of this restaurants chicken cuisine! A nice hardy chicken sandwich with a side of Mac is to die for here! Im so glad we have a location here in seattle, and the business is already popping off in popularity amongst fellow seattlites! So far really great when delivered as well
With all these "Nashville hot chicken" spots popping up all over its not easy for these spots to distinguish themselves from each other but Dave's Hot Chicken does manage to do it quite well! Spicy, but not "what happened to my taste buds?" spicy is what it is... flavorful heat that will be worth me making the trek from Redmond to Seattle when I've got a craving for a hot chicken sammy. .
Best chicken spot in the city can't complain always a go to spot for food after a long days work
Tried Dave's Hot Chicken in Seattle and wow--totally hit the spot. The chicken is juicy, crispy, and that spice level? No joke. I went with "medium" and it had just the right kick without setting my mouth on fire. The sliders are huge, and the pickles + slaw combo is a perfect balance. Staff was friendly and the vibe was casual but fun. Definitely a solid spot if you're craving spicy comfort food. Will be back for "hot" next time... maybe.

The food was pretty good overall. I especially liked their crispy French fries! Be ready for the line!
