sometimes when I got the food is mid, but the last 3 times it has been abouslutly amazingng my favorite spot by far!
Previous employee here they treat us like crap . They don't care about us if we are sick we still have to come in if we have a fever we still have to come in. If we have an emergency they don't care we will get written up or terminated. They don't care what goes on in your life only what you do for Dave's hot chicken the managers and all the higher ups are verbally abusive. It's a very hostile work environment. Food was good but waited almost 40 minutes?? Fast food should only take minutes! I took the survey and was told a manager would get back to me she sent me a text message??? You basically held me hostage,I know crazy choice of words but it's a fact. First time and last time piss poor leadership.

I was really expecting a lot better based on the atmosphere and the vibe of this restaurant chain. This was my first ever time at a Dave's hot chicken. I found the entire food to be significantly worse than you're run of the mill, average, fast food. Straight up trash. The entire plate was just absolutely covered in salt. It was so greasy and so disgusting. If I wanna spend that kind of money on getting fast food- I'd seriously recommend any other place on south willow street. Not worth the hype.

I work at the Helping Hands Homeless Shelter in Manchester. We have made multiple attempts to contact Dave's Hot chicken. We had a member named Keith here. He reported that he lost his job at Dave's Hot Chicken. He didn't have a place to stay, and had to resort to sleeping at Dave's Hot chicken just a few nights. So what did management do? Asked for a medium Oreo shake, cashier asks me if I want the base ice cream to be vanilla or chocolate. I say chocolate, and he immediately turns around and puts vanilla in it with about one crushed Oreo on top. Didn't realize until I got to my car. It was hardly a shake either, as the base was completely liquid. I'm giving it two stars because I got a good laugh out of how bad it was.

Waited over 15 minutes for a sandwich. The crinkle cut fries were cold and were no better than what you could make at home with grocery-freezer fries. The chicken was good quality but seasoning was gross - it tasted as if they dumped chili powder and cumin on tenders and that was it. Asked for here but was given a to-go container. Plenty of other places to be chicken from in the area - I would not recommend here

I was a fan until one time I ordered my usual "lite mild" because I am not a fan of spice. The slider was labeled lite mild, but I went and took a big bite and it was SO hot!!!! I had my partner try and it was even hot for him( he enjoys spicy food)! I was so disappointed! My mouth was on fire for quite some time. I spent $70 on a meal for me and my family and I couldn't even eat. I'm scared this will happen again so I won't be back.
