The food is amazing don't get me wrong but you guys are so unbelievably slow, I feel every time I order either online or in person it always takes 45 mins to an hour just to receive my food. I've ordered or door dash twice today, the first time was canceled because you guys took so long, the second one has been pushed back an hour, I was supposed to receive my food at 10:15. It has been pushed back to 11:10 to 11:30. It's so ridiculous will this ever change.

Our visited to Dave's hot chicken on 4/18/25 was ok. Food was good as always but the cashier Lorenzo was not nice at all. Not friendly and refuse to grant military discount everyone else in the past have been nice,polite and Friendly.

We went to Dave's on August 1st and thought the chicken was good. It would be nice if they served a vegetable, a couple of slices of cucumber or something, with the chicken and French fries. The server needs to slow down her pace of speech. She rattled off the condiments like a computer. It would be good to remember that patrons are people and not all of us are familiar with the restaurant's menu.

My partner and I went to this establishment because we heard it was very good. It took them not too long to take our order, but after more than 30 minutes people after us keep getting their order. We only ordered two sliders. We went to the counter, and they said they were going to refund me, which they never did and they gave us a free cold mac and cheese. Definitely over hyped.

Polite service. Ambiance is terrible. Not enough options for indoor seating and not enough shade on the patio. In addition to not enough shade, we could not rearrange tables or move umbrellas to escape the sun or the heat. Food was decent but this is fast food. My husband, toddler and I spent $43.00. We could have eaten somewhere else, comfortably in the air conditioning for that price. Been here, done that.

order ahead online before they open and choose the pick up time! Saves so much time. staff was great! the area is clean, it's new, but underwhelming. The fries are seasoned the same as the chicken, flavorless, just cayenne and paprika for "color." The chicken itself is juicy, but lacks flavor. The red color is not seasoning, it's just chile powder. not worth the hype.
