Food was disgustingly expensive. Especially since it tastes bad. Not one speck of seasoning is on that chicken. Throwing spicy powder on it doesn't make it flavored. I was pressured into doing a review for a free "milkshake" (it's cream and red dye).

Food was horrible sandwich tasted like paste won't be back Place doesn't smell too clean wasn't happy thought it would be busier at lunchtime. Should've been a clue not to go.

I had never heard of this place before they showed up in Syracuse. After people went nuts over Chick-fil-A, it didn't even phase me that people did the same here, showing up and waiting for hours. Eventually the hype wore me down and I figured I should at least give them a try. Today, we were in town at a reasonable hour and needed food to take home. I recently door dashed Dave's Hot Chicken, and was not impressed. Strawberry milkshake was just disgusting fake strawberry syrup on top of vanila ice cream. The chicken didn't have any spice like it was supposed to (medium), just no flavor at all, and the fries didn't have the seasoning on them which is why i ordered it and we're cold. Disappointingly, the Dave's sauce was also flavorless. I may try them again in the future once they settle, but I was sorely disappointed.
