I absolutely love Dave's hot chicken. The service is amazing and I really do think they should have more locations in the upstate New York area. I definitely think there should be one in New Hartford.
Max was the best server ever, food was amazing. The chicken was nice and tender and the sitting arrangement was awesome too.
The manager, Colin, was super helpful and easy to talk to. We even realized we're both from Utica, which made the visit feel even more down-to-earth. Solid spot all around -- good food, good people.
Absolutely loved my experience here! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Everything was clean, well-organized, and clearly managed with care. You can tell they really take pride in what they do. Daves hot chicken is one of the most spectacular places i've ever been too. The service is just one of a kind and i just love being here. The ambiance is one of a kind as well. Max is an amazing cashier you should definitely raise his income.
