This location opened fairly recently and there was a lot of hype and even longer lines those first few weeks. We just avoided it until a night we drove by and saw there was finally no line snaking out of the front door. It was still pretty busy but the service was reasonably quick. Overall, I'm glad I tried this place finally. The food is definitely good, however you could probably find similar for way cheaper at Popeye's. We got the medium tender meal and medium slider meal. I can handle some heat but this barely had a kick. The sliders were our fav. Tenders were just okay. Fries were adequate but nothing to balk at. Mac and cheese was pretty good, kind of reminded me of stouffers from childhood. Would I come here again? Yes. Would I seek this place out and praise about it? No.

First time here and the server marrrisa was awesome she has great customer service ,and well knowledgeable of the menu and help me and my family choose what man will be right for us we definitely recommend for update this post after I try the food. Update: 60 for 3 people was a bit pricey. But the food was great, chicken was juicy & well seasoned not to salty, wil be going ther again next Time im in Syracuse wish ther one near me....

Food was tasty but the place has a lot of work to do as far as efficiency. Looked like they were actually over staffed as there was plenty of people standing around in the kitchen however it took almost an hour to get our food. There was a crowd there with the same problem.

When this place opened it had the longest lines, which is usual for any new place opening. I have heard that the wait times are very long (about 30 minutes) to get the food. However, my husband went to pick some up for us and he was back within 30 minutes. So I was impressed by how quickly he returned. I was happy to see that you can get different spice levels so I opted with the mild which wasn't too spicy so next time I think I'll try the medium. I stopped in n a Monday evening and the line wasn't too long so decided to stay and try it out. We waited 18 minutes for our food which to me wasn't bad considering this place was very busy. I ordered the medium heat tender and sandwich combo and a side of Mac n cheese. The medium heat was a perfect balance of spice, not too spicy to taste but you could feel the slight heat. Cool decor good tunes playing and lines went fairly quickly. I was encouraged by seeing someone checking all orders before they were sent out. Encouragement short lived when we got home. So we each ordered the number one 2tender combo with fries at $12.99 each which was up charged to $14.49 each for cheese fries on both. One hot one medium so we could test flavor and heat. I ordered medium tenders and they had very little salt and no spice. The strawberry milkshake was very nice, if a little artificial tasting and thick. Service was as fast as could be expected with a line nearly out the door. What was strange is that they called out orders completely out of order. The interior is decorated nicely but if you have a large party, there's not much space to sit. Overall, the place is overrated and a bit expensive but try anything once!
