TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Absolutely love Dave's the food was hot and fresh when it came out the wait was 5min. The FF were crispy and fresh I got HOT level and will step it up to the next level on my next visit. I got the #3 and was plenty food for one. The atmosphere was fun and lively. Definitely worth trying will be back.

I only tried the cauliflower sliders. They were so good. You do have to eat it while it's hot . The service was very good , the server was very patient and informative. The restaurant was very decorated with local school art.
The Nashville style chicken is good. The chicken is similar to Princes in Nashville. The fries were just ok. It's not bad since we have no HattieBs in north Dallas.

Place is very clean and a nice ambiance. Nice outdoor patio. Nice service from Ari at the cash register. As for the food: fries, and Mac and cheese are delicious. I'm not a huge fan of dry rub chicken, but the chicken itself was good. Not as spicy as you think so go up a spice level. Recommend the sliders over tenders.
