Food/Drinks: Perfect for a chicken tender lover like myself. These tenders are delicious, and they have different heat levels, which give you a variety to try from. I'm a spicy type of girl, and they definitely put a lot of spice on their chicken. It is very, very seasoned. It can definitely give you heartburn, but it's worth it lol. The Franklin, MA location had the friendliest team! Everyone was super nice and helpful. I don't like spicy so was pleasantly surprised at how good the chicken bites were with no spice!

Nice place with a clean setup and a really friendly staff. The menu has a good variety, and everything looked fresh and well put together. I ordered the 2 sliders with fries -- great flavor and cooked perfectly, but I did think it was a little pricey at just over $16, especially since the combo doesn't include a drink. Overall, I'd definitely go back again for the food and service, but it's not quite in my top 15 lunch spots. Still worth checking out if you're in the area and craving some spicy chicken.

I have been to this location many times. To be fair, the first time didn't go so well. However, I have continued to go back because it keeps getting better and better. Not just the food either. The service staff at the counter have gotten so much better with the speed they do things that it makes the ambiance more upbeat and positive. Love Dave's chicken. I don't eat the chicken but I love the cauliflowe. It's amazing either way Dave's sauce. It's nice to finally have a choice other than hamburger or chicken. Font get me wrong my kids love the chicken at Dave's but I'm obsessed with their cauliflower. Definitely try it!!!!!!
We tried Dave's hot chicken today. The chicken and the fries were great! The tenders were meaty and tasty. The sauce was 10/10. Service needs improvement, chaotic and loud and unorganized staff. Our chicken order was never announced and left waiting under the heat lamps. Overall interesting decor, but again chaotic. This is not a fast food place, like ChicFilA.
