Damn near the best bang for your buck in terms of price & portion in the river north area. This is the only meal in river north that I can't finish in one setting for under $20. Fries were seasoned well but the sauce & chicken fell short in terms of flavor.

Unless you want to become addicted, don't eat here! It's far too delicious! Also, the staff is incredibly warm, the restaurant is clean, and the chicken and fries are highly addictive! Everything about this place is amazing! We've been back 3x in 1 week. If the first step is admitting you have a problem, Dave's Hot Chicken is very problematic!

am very impressed on the service and the quality of the food. Janya offered me a sample of a new mini sliders that they are going to roll out in the menu. they look so cute and are very delicious thank you. apparently am not the only one that enjoys the kind am employees here, i heard another guest leaving out the door saying that the staff is so nice here. Best Dave's location I've been to. The food and service are unmatched. Love the way they repurposed the space from Al's. Dave's is for real. Easily my favorite fast food spot right now.

Good flavor on the tenders and the fries. The reaper level is actually very spicy for spice lovers out there. My stomach is currently burning as I type this. Wish it did have ranch but the Dave's sauce is fine too.
