Terrible food, terrible customer service, long waits and incorrect orders most of the time. Don't bother, too many great places in the neighborhood

Terrible chicken + they had my review removed calling them out for not clearing their sidewalks of snow. Still really embarrassing. The service was great.

Fast food shouldn't take 21 minutes to get a chicken sandwich. Chicken was good but not worth it

My husband tried the hot chicken and thought the dry rub was not very flavorful although the chicken was cooked well. I also tried the new hot cauliflower as I am a vegetarian and the dry rub was not flavorful at all. The cauliflower wasn't even cooked well. Overall, both my husband who eats chicken and I as a vegetarian would not return.

Absolutely not for me. This isn't the hot chicken of the Southeast U.S. I feel sick from all the nasty texas chili powder coating my face hands and unfortunately my stomach. This is like dry rub ribs. It's like eating Doritos or Cheetos where the seasoning is drenched on the outside. I ordered the #3 as recommended by the fabulous Kiara. $12 for two pieces of chicken tenders though and I got more skin than meat the fries I do love not to soft and not to hard just right but that alone was not saving these tenders the mac and cheese it tasted like KFC Mac and cheese. Fries 5 out of 5 the tenders 1 out of 5 Mac and cheese 0.5 out of 5 i still have to try the chicken bites but I don't think I'd come back for tenders you can go to a different place for more tenders at the same price. Good food, good service. Will not be dining in again as the music is absolutely blasting, which means they have to yell even louder to announce your order. Legit could not have a conversation in there, subsequently they got my order wrong, likely because we couldn't hear each other.
