Service was horrible for us, you walk in, zero greeting. We tried to use the kiosk that's available but it wouldn't work. We stood at the counter for help, the girls that were fixing the slush machine completely ignored us. 5 mins waiting and another girl comes out and asks if we're ready to order. Takes our order, they offer a military discount so she took our drinks off. She gave me the wrong drink, then she tells me she took the drinks off but didn't offer to fix it for the one I wanted. It was ok. They didn't have the milkshakes and we were told not to order drinks and they'd give a soda if we wrote a review or something. Their soda fountain was working so not sure why the kiosk wasn't synced with it. I thought it was meh. Mild spicy was spicy and it was salty. Chicken was crispy outside and decent inside, just wasn't a fan of the flavors of that outer coating so much. I was told to visit this store because they had advertised a restock of the Fallout meal the night before which turned out to be a lie. I walked 4 miles calling the store 10 times to make sure. There was no answer. Not a busy signal, just inattentive employees. When I finally get to the store it was messy, the fire alarm was going off for no reason, and the employees were playing around. Food was good but workers did not have a clue what they were doing. They forgot all the extra sauce we paid for and put no cutlery or napkins which we asked for. They also forgot our drinks and thankfully my husband said something at the counter but we had to wait even longer just to ask for cups because they had already moved on. If you like poor, slow service then this is the place to go!
