0 star. One of the worst theme park experiences I've had. At Disneyland Park we waited in extremely long lines all day. After standing in line for a long time, we were suddenly told to leave the queue because of an issue that wasn't even clearly explained. The staff were very rude and unhelpful when we tried to ask what was going on. Instead of helping guests, they just rushed us away. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Disneyland regarding accessibility for my daughter. My daughter has cerebral palsy, is non-verbal, has a G-tube, developmental delays, and cannot walk. Because of her medical and developmental needs, long waits in traditional lines are extremely difficult for her. When we asked about the DAS (Disability Access Service) pass, we were made to feel like her disabilities were not enough to qualify.
