Had a lovely experience at the newly renovated Mita Dental! I went for an appointment for my regular checkup and cleaning. The receptionist was super transparent about costs and I was taken back right at my appointment time. I had the best dental hygienist I've ever had, she was incredibly sweet and attentive to my concerns and questions, and everything was done very comfortably. Everyone was straightforward, efficient, and nice. Best dentist in the area!
I had been going to this office since 2015 I think. Dr. Techosky was great. He retired from practice and the office changed hands. I had a cleaning in January and additional work was recommended. It took a month and a half for a predetermination- insurance takes forever I get it. The day before I my second appointment is when I was informed they are no longer in my insurance network and the estimated cost (that they worked around a little bit) was going to be almost $3,000. I recently visited Mita Dental and had a fantastic experience. Dr. Mita and the dental hygienist were both wonderful. They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Their communication was excellent, and they followed up with any questions I had. I highly recommend Mita Dental to anyone looking for great dental care!
I am typically afraid of going to the dentist, however from the welcoming atmosphere of the front desk ladies, to the hygienist that cleaned my teeth and Dr. Mita doing my exam was an overall great experience! I appreciate how Dr. Mita took the time to go over my treatment plan so I can better understand why I need a crown. Start my crown work in March! Thank you to the whole team!
Easy registration process. Super friendly front desk staff. I waited only 1 minute to get called back. Quick and painless hygienist. Dr Mita is super knowledgable, relatable, and easy going. I finally found a dentist I genuinely trust and enjoy in Philly. Highly recommend! Bonus: they offer free iced coffee and sparkling water in the waiting room. Nice touch 👌🏼
